User Feedback on POV 2

The team got back in contact with our primary user via WhatsApp audio calls to present to him the POVs, which were generated after interviews and group analysis. Upon listening to the details of POV 12, he had the following things to say:

• Consider a kind of facility that is in charge of the aged.
• There is a need for more specialists for the aged - there is only one in Ghana currently
• Separate aged people from the general crowd so that there is no need to be in those long queues
